Life Drawing – Dena Whitener, facilitator
Life drawing is one of the best ways for artists to improve their drawing skills; it enhances hand-eye coordination and activates the right side of the brain.

Plates to Pendants will teach the art of repurposing delicate, broken and unused china into beautiful brooches, necklaces, earrings and pins.
Let’s Learn Stained Glass Glass Art • Marc Rotman
During this fun and informative class, students will get their hands on glass and learn the process of creating stained glass from start to finish, using the copper foil technique.
Field Trip To Jerry’s Artarama and Knoxville Museum of Art
General Manager Scott Manning will give Art Guild members a tour of Jerry's Artarama of Knoxville, and then he will escort the group to the Knoxville Museum of Art
Smorgasbord: Christmas Tree Earrings Jewelry• Michalanne Sloan
In November’s smorgasbord class, jeweler Michalanne Sloan will guide students as they create miniature Christmas Tree earrings using Crystal Margarita beads in different colors to form the trees.
Intermediate Stained Glass – Marc Rotman
This intermediate class will cover several topics to facilitate the creation of a larger project than in the beginner’s class.
Fall Woodland Scene Watercolor Painting • Charlene Lehto

Students will be introduced to the basic skills and techniques of glass painting. Students will have a fun hands-on experience painting a glass plate.
Winter Glow Watercolor Painting • Charlene Lehto
In the spirit of the season, students will paint a peaceful snow scene back lit by a setting sun creating a "Winter Glow".
MIxed Media Winter Kaleidoscope – Evelyn Carpenter
create a mixed media snowflake kaleidoscope. Depending on subject matter, the design may be as serious as a cathedral stained glass window or as whimsical as a folk art sunflower.
