The monthly Arts Center smorgasbord classes allow participants to try out different mediums at affordable prices. In September’s smorgasbord class, students will have a fun hands-on experience painting a glass tile. Art Guild member Bob Stevens, a master glass painter, will be teaching this introductory class. He will introduce students to the basic skills and techniques of glass painting. Starting with a basic design and application of paint, students will complete one original piece of beautiful art. This is the perfect class for creating a 4″ by 4″ mosaic to enter the members’ October art challenge exhibit at the Arts Center. All materials will be provided.
