George Gallant offers Cadeau de la Mer Bracelet

Art Guild member and gifted jeweler, George Gallant returns to the Plateau Creative Arts Center in June, offering an opportunity to step back in time to the era when pearls were popular. This bracelet, called “Cadeau de la Mer” (French for: “Gift of the Sea”) will help bring back pearls’ beautiful and timeless charm.  The pearls are Swarovski crystal pearls and look beautiful in this lovely jewelry piece.

This workshop is limited to 6 students and is open to people of all skill levels. The instructor will provide all the tools needed to complete the project. The class will take place on Wednesday, June 19, 2024 at 1:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.

Come learn to make this attractive bracelet. In this session, you’ll learn to weave chain maille and string pearls at the same time. Sounds complicated, but George will pace the instruction so you will understand every step. In the end, you’ll find it was easier than you thought. When the class is finished, you’ll have a bracelet you’ll be proud to add to your jewelry collection.
