MIxed Media Winter Kaleidoscope – Evelyn Carpenter

Evelyn will take participants step-by-step through directions to create a mixed media snowflake kaleidoscope. Initial layouts are created by drawing and tracing with graph paper. Depending on subject matter, the design may be as serious as a cathedral stained glass window or as whimsical as a folk art sunflower. Embellished with paints, gel pens, stamps and/ or papers. Materials, including stencils, will be provided but students may bring their favorite detail paintbrush or preferred collage items.
