Smorgasbord: Herringbone Wrapped Pendant Necklace with Michalanne Sloan

Art Guild member and talented jeweler, Michalanne Sloan will return to the Plateau Creative Arts Center for the June Smorgasbord class entitled, “Herringbone Wrapped Pendant Necklace.” Each student will learn how to make a herringbone wrap to enhance any sized bead.  Participants may select a silver or gold wire, gemstone and crystal of their choice, along with the 18-inch cord to complete this beautiful hand-made necklace that they may proudly wear or give as a gift to a special person.

Tools will be provided, but if students have jewelry tools, they may bring them to the class.

This Smorgasbord class takes place on Tuesday, June 4, 2024 from 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 noon. The cost is $25 for Art Guild members and $30 non-members. Pre-registration is required. All Smorgasbord classes take place at the Arts Center on the first Tuesday of each month from 10-noon at the low cost of $25 for Art Guild members and $30 for guests.  Smorgasbord classes are intended to introduce folks to a new media at a low cost in a relaxed setting.
